International Women In Lutherie Fellowship

Nurturing Tomorrow’s Leaders, Strengthening Today’s Community

Created in 2021 by Women In Lutherie co-founder Jeemin Kim, the Fellowship is an annual 3-month online summer leadership & mentorship program with in-person internship component for the community members of Women In Lutherie.

It aims to provide growth opportunities on and off the bench for both emerging talents and experienced professionals in the field, by fostering meaningful connections around the globe that has never before been possible.
